![]() ![]() I've been trying to monitor Time Machine with the Console (process: backupd) and the Time Machine Buddy widget. WD 500BG Elements Hard Drive (Don't know where specs are, but here's the amazon link: ) I've restarted my computer more times than I can count. I've also removed my backup drive from spotlight. I've been doing my fair share of googling this issue: However when I woke the next morning, it was stuck on 6Mb. I thought that was odd, but I stopped it, went to work and figured I'd just make one that night. I went to bed (I usually backup at night) and in the morning it had only transferred 11.3 Mb. After I arrived, I was going to make another one. I recently moved houses, and I made a regular Time Machine Backup before I left. It still says my most recent backup is from over two weeks ago. I've left it going for 8 hours, and it gets hung up and then doesn't complete. Whenever I run time machine, It gets stuck after transferring a few files.
